About the Project

The Restack is an online real estate investment platform that allows users to invest in fractional ownership of commercial real estate and high-yield debentures. We built their website and brand identity from the ground up while also strategically developing sound security solutions for their platform.

The challenge

Before arriving to us, The Restack lacked a functional website and any structured brand ideation. As a platform dealing as a marketplace for real estate, the primary challenge was to bolster secure transactional mechanisms and ensure compliance for large-scale financial dealings.

It was also important to create responsive transparency for buyers and sellers to browse through assets and portfolios alike before making an informed purchase.

Designing The Restack Experience

We designed a clarity-driven, action-inducing and visually compelling homepage with the customer expectation and demographic in mind.

Implementing government-compliant,
secure KYC authorisation:

We addressed challenges in KYC compliance by dissecting a third-party service into its distinct features. By assembling some select features, we enabled customers to remain on the site while fulfilling all compliance standards.

We added knowledge access points throughout the website to encourage users (buyers or not) to peruse and learn about the diverse investment options before finally making a purchase.

We incorporated trust-building elements such as client testimonials, industry affiliations, and security certifications to reassure users of the platform's credibility and reliability.
